- Pockets must be empty (no keys)
- No belt buckles
- Footwear is not allowed (no shoes or sandals)
- Lockers are provided free of charge for your convenience.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the arena.
- Players are encouraged to hydrate before and after the game.
- Participants who are unwell, have had a fever in the last 24 hours (without medication), or have been exposed to a contagious illness will not be permitted to enter.
- All participants must complete the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) honestly and accurately.
